To be published in the FRUCT Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted Full paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the Conference or TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full or limited registration is valid for 2 papers (or 1 paper per author if case of free registration).
All submitted Full Papers will be peer reviewed by the technical committee. All accepted Full, Short and Work in Progress papers must be presented at the conference. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the FRUCT proceedings (ISSN 2305-7254). We are waiting for a decision that all accepted Full Papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, indexed byScopus and DBLP and included to Scimago Journal Rank. Selected papers will be recommended for CPCI indexing (Web of Science). The Short and Works in progress papers will be published only in the FRUCT conference proceedings.
In addition, in case of successful presentation and recommendation by the session chair some papers will be invited to make free of charge publication of an extended version of the paper in IJERTCS journal (indexed by Scopus).
