The Demo section of the 14th FRUCT conference will be combined with the conference social event. It will be held at EIT ICT Labs Helsinki on November 14 (Thursday) from 18.00 till 21.00. The conference and seminar participants are warmly welcome to take part in the event.
We ask all authors to send titles and 2-3 paragraph descriptions of your demo proposals to info@fruct.org by October, 23. Please also make sure that the demo will be prepared in line with the below provided recommendations.
14th FRUCT Conference: Call for Participation
The 14th conference of the Open Innovations Association FRUCT will be held in Helsinki, Finland, on 11-15 November 2013. This project is co-funded by the European Union, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Finland.

Call for participation in open English language contest of essays
Submitted by Sergey Balandin on 23.01.13We welcome all students and PhD students to take a part in the open contest of English language organized by FRUCT, Aalto university and EIT ICT Labs. The contest is targeted to stimulate studies of English language by the students and help us better understands needs and priorities of the students interested to study abroad. Any student can take part in the contest by sending to info(at)fruct.org English essay on the topic: "What motivates me to get MSc degree in Europe". The additional optional questions for the essay are: “What are the main barriers that I see for studying abroad”, “What study exchange programs do I know and what is the most attractive for me in each of the programs”, “What do I know about education in Finland and
