REGISTRATION
To be published in the FRUCT Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted Full paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the Conference or TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full or limited registration is valid for 2 papers (or 1 paper per author if case of free registration).
PUBLICATIONS
All submitted Full Papers will be peer reviewed by the technical committee. Accepted and presented Full and Short and Work in Progress papers must be presented at the conference. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the proceeding of FRUCT conference (ISSN 2305-7254). All accepted Full Papers will be published in IEEE Xplore, indexed by Scopus and DBLP and included to Scimago Journal Rank. Selected papers will be recommended for CPCI indexing (Web of Science) and to IJERTCS journal. Short papers and Works in progress will be published only in the conference proceedings.

RG-02 - Discounted registration for IEEE members and representatives of Finnish/Russian/Danish/Ukrainian/Indian Universities, before October 28, 2016 - 9000 RUB (~120 EURO)
RG-03 - Discounted full registration, before October 28, 2016 - 15000 RUB (~200 EURO)
RG-04 - Late registration for representatives of Finnish/Russian/Danish/Ukrainian/Indian University - 15000 (~200 EURO)
RG-05 - Late full registration - 22500 (~300 EURO)
People listed in the Black List cannot take part in the event. Such registrations will be automatically cancelled without refund.

VISA
Please account that citizens of Russia, India and some other countries need to obtain visa for entrance into Finland. Participants are responsible for completing all legal formalities regarding their visa prior to entering the Finland. The procedure of visa application varies from country to country and could take more than 2 weeks. We would recommend to start it as soon as you know about your participation in the conference. Please check this with your local Embassy of Finland. If you need invitation letter please contact us by email info fruct.org at least a month before the conference.
PAPER SUBMISSION
If you are the conference author, please first register to the conference and then SUBMIT your Full paper (6 - 12 pages), or “presentation only” publication, poster/demo proposal (200 words - 5 pages document with standard paper header followed by the abstract text). Please submit your papers in PDF format and make sure that it follows our template: MS Word, LaTeX. Please note the following major changes in the templates: The size of page should be Letter (21.59 cm × 27.94 cm). If you are using Word margins must be: top - 1.9 cm, bottom - 1.6 cm, left - 1.57 cm and right – 1.57 cm. The archive file shall include .pdf and the source document in MS Word or LaTeX done according to template. Please make sure that all images in your paper are in black & white. In case of some open issues, our editors may ask you to send the original file in Word or LaTex.
After review all papers and abstracts have to be modified according to the feedback of reviewers and re-submitted in camera-ready form. If authors do not fulfill requirements and comments of the reviewers it could be a reason to reject a paper, even if its general quality is high enough.
