REGISTRATION
To be published in the FRUCT Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore, an author of an accepted Full paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the Conference or TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.
Please note that a person can be an author of maximum 3 full papers accepted to the conference. Also note that one registration fee is valid for up to 2 papers. If you have 3 accepted papers than make sure that at least one of your coauthors will register to the conference to present the third paper.
PUBLICATIONS
All submitted Full Papers will be peer reviewed by the technical committee. All accepted Full, Short and Work in Progress papers must be presented at the conference. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the FRUCT proceedings (ISSN 2305-7254). All accepted Full Papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore (formally application is under review, but it is the case for the previous conferences), indexed by Scopus, ACM and DBLP and included to Scimago Journal Rank and DOIJ. Selected papers will be recommended for CPCI indexing (Web of Science). The Short and Works in progress papers will be published only in the FRUCT conference proceedings.
In addition, in case of successful presentation and recommendation by the session chair some papers will be invited to make free of charge publication of an extended version of the paper in IJERTCS journal (indexed by Scopus).

RG-03: 250 EUR - Early bird full registration, if registered before March 26, 2018

Description of registration and payment procedure
First fill the registration form in bottom of this page and press REGISTER. The system will redirect you to the bank secure page where you should enter the credit card details and press PAY. The system will notify you on a result of transaction. In case of refusal of the card authorization please repeat the payment procedure.
Please don’t register if you are not ready to make payment, as your registration will cancelled in 24h. If you are an author you can first SUBMIT your paper, wait for notification of acceptance and will still have a week for registration with early bird discounted fee.
Our payment system supports the following types of credit cards: VISA International and MasterCard Worldwide.
Description of data transfer process
Payments are processed by the secure pages empowered by Stripe service. Our site does not collect or store data of the client’s bank cards. The data of your credit card is handled according to top security standards and transferred via the secure channel (SSL 128 protocol). 3D-secure is used as an additional security level for online credit and debit cards. Sometimes you might have problems with payment if your card does not support 3D-secure technology.

People listed in the FRUCT Black List cannot take part in the event. The corresponding registrations will be automatically cancelled without refund.

VISA
Please account that citizens of Russia, India and some other countries need to obtain visa for entrance into Finland. Participants are responsible for completing all legal formalities regarding their visa prior to entering the Finland. The procedure of visa application varies from country to country and could take more than 2 weeks. We would recommend to start it as soon as you know about your participation in the conference. Please check this with your local Embassy of Finland. If you need invitation letter please contact us by email at least a month before the conference.
If you need more time for visa and travel arrangements just notify us by email and submit your paper a month before the official deadline. Then your paper will be taken to the early-review procedure and you get the notification of acceptance one month earlier.
PAPER SUBMISSION
If you are the conference author, please first register to the conference and then SUBMIT your Full paper (6 - 12 pages), or “presentation only” publication, poster/demo proposal (200 words - 5 pages document with standard paper header followed by the abstract text). Please submit your papers in PDF format and make sure that it follows our template: MS Word, LaTeX. Please note the following major changes in the templates: The size of page should be Letter (21.59 cm × 27.94 cm). If you are using Word margins must be: top - 1.9 cm, bottom - 1.6 cm, left - 1.57 cm and right – 1.57 cm. The archive file shall include .pdf and the source document in MS Word or LaTeX done according to template. Please make sure that all images in your paper are in black & white. In case of some open issues, our editors may ask you to send the original file in Word or LaTex.
After review all papers and abstracts have to be modified according to the feedback of reviewers and re-submitted in camera-ready form. If authors do not fulfill requirements and comments of the reviewers it could be a reason to reject a paper, even if its general quality is high enough.
