Authors registration deadline is 3 April 2026 (we recommend to register only AFTER you received the acceptance notification). All Authors and Attendees must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities. Download CFP Registration To be published in the conference proceedings, an author of an accepted paper shall register to the conference before the authors registration deadline, confirm registration by the registration fee, and present the paper at the conference (online or offline).

Submit paper Please check before submission Please put ticks besides all items and click “SUBMIT”: Have you use proper template (MS Word and LaTeX)? If you target is Full Paper it shall be at least 6 full pages and max 12 pages! If you target is Full Paper it shall have at least 8 references to other authors! Have all tables and figures titles? Are authors titled by full first name and second name?

Call for Participation The FRUCT conference will be held on 28-30 April 2026 in a hybrid format, combining online participation with an in-person meetup in Helsinki (Finland). Download CFP in PDF Please upload 8-10 min video presentation of your accepted paper(s) via CMT system (as a supplementary file), or send it to info@fruct.org by 3 April 2026 at latest. Video files over 20Mb shall be submitted only via CMT platform. Videos should include your slides synchronized with an audio narration.

12th DataWorld workshop The 12th Workshop on the Databases Worldwide will be held on the main days of the 39th FRUCT conference on 28-30 April 2026. The workshop will be held as a mixed of onsite and online participation, i.e., distant participation is allowed. We welcome you to submit your papers. Call for papers, posters and demos The workshop aims to provide complex discussion capability about the current problems and trends in the database systems and data analytics.

Demos & Posters The Demo and Posters section of the 39th FRUCT conference will be held on 28 April 2026 combined with the conference social event. All conference participants are warmly welcome to take part in the event. For Authors Demos/Posters is a special type of publication at FRUCT conference. Any registered conference participant can submit up to 3 demo/posters without extra fee, independently of the number of other types of submissions. The submission deadline for Demos/Posters proposals is 17 April 2026.

Program The first draft program of the FRUCT39 conference will be published on 10 April 2026

Venue This time the main conference session will be held online plus a face-to-face meetup in Helsinki (Finland).
