Registration *PLEASE NOTE: This is registration page of FRUCT37 conferences. Authors registration deadline is 14 April 2025 (we recommend to register only AFTER you received the acceptance notification). The conference is organized in a hybrid mode, i.e., both online and onsite participation is possible. All Authors and Attendees must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities. Download CFP Registration To be published in the conference proceedings, an author of an accepted paper shall register to the conference before the authors registration deadline, confirm registration by the registration fee, and present the paper at the conference (online or offline).

Submit paper Please check before submission Please put ticks besides all items and click “SUBMIT”: Have you use proper template (MS Word and LaTeX)? If you target is Full Paper it shall be at least 6 full pages and max 12 pages! If you target is Full Paper it shall have at least 8 references to other authors! Have all tables and figures titles? Are authors titled by full first name and second name?

Call for Participation The FRUCT conference will be held in online on 14-16 May 2025. Download CFP in PDF The conference will be organized in a hybrid mode. If you prefer online participation, please don’t forget to send 8-10 min video of your presentation to info@fruct.org by 14 April 2025 at latest. Video files over 20Mb better to upload to google drive, dropbox, or other repository. The video shall at least present your slides with audio track of the talk.

10th DataWorld workshop The 10th Workshop on the Databases Worldwide will be held on the main days of the 37th FRUCT conference on 14-16 May 2025. The workshop will be held as a mixed of onsite and online participation, i.e., distant participation is allowed. We welcome you to submit your papers. Call for papers, posters and demos The workshop aims to provide complex discussion capability about the current problems and trends in the database systems and data analytics.

Demos & Posters The Demo and Posters section of the 37th FRUCT conference will be held on 14 May 2025 combined with the conference social event. All conference participants are warmly welcome to take part in the event. For Authors Demos/Posters is a special type of publication at FRUCT conference. Any registered conference participant can submit up to 3 demo/posters without extra fee, independently of the number of other types of submissions. The submission deadline for Demos/Posters proposals is 30 April 2025.

Program The first draft program of the FRUCT37 conference will be published on 21 April 2025

Venue This time the main conference session will be held online plus a face-to-face meetup in Helsinki (Finland).
