Update on accomodation: currently the local organizing committee is working on arranging special deal with the local hotels, as soon as it will be set (we expect it to happen by middle of next week) we will directly contact by email all participants who requested accomodation assistance in the registration form.

Due to large amount of presentations and other conference content we had to extend the conference program dates by one day - April 25, which will be used for the first day of Qt training (in Russian language).

Registration to Qt training (on 25-26 April), Smart-M3 training (on 27 April) and MeeGo training (on 29 April) is now open. The trainings are free of charge, but you MUST take independent online registation for each project that you want to attend. After online registration all registered participants have to fill the .doc form available at the corresponding web pages and send it from email used in registration to infofruct.org within 3 days after online registration. If we don’t receive your registration form, after 3 days your registration will be automatically cancelled. Beaware that all trainings will be held in Russian language. The number of sits is limited and we apply first registered - first accepted principle.

All submission, i.e. Full papers, “presentation only” publications and poster/demo proposals have to be prepared using latest document templates (for abstracts and demo proposals the document shall contain standard paper header followed by 150 words - 2 pages of text). Please SUBMIT your papers in PDF format and make sure that it follows our template: MS Word or LaTeX. The submission deadline is February 25, 2011 March 13, 2011.
The accepted papers have to be modified according to the feedback of reviewers and re-submitted as .zip or .tgz archive.The archive file shall include .pdf and the source document in MS Word or LaTeX. Please make sure that all images in your paper are in black & white.

As usually, all conference Papers and Abstracts will be published in FRUCT proceeding, plus in addition, some best papers will be later published in European academic journal.

To increase quality of FRUCT proceedings, starting from 9th FRUCT conference we change the paper submission requirements. All submissions have to be done as .zip or .tgz archive. The archive file shall include the original document sources (prepared in MS Word or LaTeX), plus .PDF of your paper or abstract.

FRUCT is currently negotiating about accommodation discounts in Petrozavodsk. If you are interested to get accommodation based on FRUCT price you have to mention it in your conference registration form and the organizing committee will contact you. Please note that FRUCT accepts accommodation requests, which will come not later than 2 weeks prior to the conference.
